That is all good advice. What to say when x says I have schizophrenia and done this and that and need to be hospitalized again? Uses my precondition as an excuse to hospitalize me again? This ties with Case 2.

1. Remain calm.
2. Explain the situation from your point of view in a calm and logical manner. Make sure to point out that you do not have any intention to harm yourself or others.

Just because you have a dx of schizophrenia that does not automatically mean that you will be sectioned to the hospital. A person from emergency services needs to feel that you are a danger to yourself or others. If you can logically explain to them otherwise, while remaining calm, and put together you should be okay. As Copy Cat said previously, always have the numbers to disability rights in case you are sectioned and explain your case to them.

yeah thats what i need to do - tell them i am no harm to myself and others. But at that time I did not know that was the accusation against me that got me hospitalized. I told person x "if you didn't have kids like me, what would you do in my situation" and she told the cops I threatened to kill her kids. How far off right? So me saying I will not harm anyone wouldn't gotten me out. Thanks for the advice. I wonder if I could sue person x for lying and involuntary hospitalization? At the least I have precaution now. Thanks.
