CONGRESSMAN JESSE JACKSON JR IS 'INVOLUNTARILY' COMMITTED?!?

Just heard on Fox News, (please no political backlash, this effects US ALL...), that Congressman JESSE JACKSON JR., who's been rumored to have actually been missing for the last 2 weeks, has issued, through his "Attending physician", a statement that he is actually being treated in a "Residential Treatment Facility." OK, STOP HERE! If you know your semantics, (or in a "key" for my own "coding system" {that I actually made in a forced detox/geodon haze, to be able to take my own notes and "Chart THEM, just like THEY are Charting you!"}, noted as PBPBSS: def. Pork-Barrelled-Pundit-Bull-S***-Spending which is nothing more than legal/DOCTOR/politian/literal "Queen's English", usually referencing anyone representing the anti-punk-rock Establishment! whew!) That first statement literally screeeaaamed "illegal involuntary, illegal involuntary'!! But, a CONGRESSMAN?? Impossible, because, well, HE IS THE STATE! And then...
(anchor): Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. (yes, that"the Rev. Jesse Jackson's" son), has "Officially" released to Press via his "Attending Physician": "The Congressman is receiving "intensive" treatment at a "Residential Inpatient Facility" for a "mood disorder". He is responding very well to treatment, and expected to make a "full recovery". With respect to the Federal HIPAA Privacy Rule, that is all we can tell you." That quote was VERBATIM & the NewsCaster (Shep Smith) snidely said, "Hmmm a mood disorder.... 2 weeks a CONGRESSMAN HAS BEEN MISSING FOR A TREATMENT OF A MOOD DISORDER???? Wonder what THEY mean by'mood disorder'!!!!!" This anchor knows his legal-speak, and was ripping a stitch, trying hard to hold back what he knew was REALLY up....
roughly an hour later...
His Mother just verified he was in Hospital, cited HIPAA, and thanked anchor Hannity, and asked only for all to keep him in their prayers... Very short and 'to the point' 3-5 minute interview, no mention of any specific Diagnoses, or any illness or symptoms besides "mood disorder", and only the host said this once...

My interpretation:
Some dumb-assed/cocky, f-ing SOCIAL WORKER &/or PSYCH ARNP 'BAKER ACTED'A CONGRESSMAN NOT REALIZING WHO HE WAS!!!! Why else two weeks, w/o setting up a fake, "time to rest and clear my head" 4-week incognito "inpatient voluntary commitment" to one of those 4 **** resort "Institutions" like that one in Naples, FL (name completely escapes me) w/valet parking and olympic pool & 2 world class tennis courts that ALLOW SMOKING outside!!! Jesse Jackson Jr.!!!! HAAA! If I saw that name, I wouldn't f#@%'n let him even DO a "voluntary admit" to ANY PUBLIC INSTITUTION! I guarantee you they're just now, after 2 freakin weeks, FINALLY REALIZED HE AIN'T PSYCHOTIC/BIPOLED/AND DUALLY DX'eD!!!! He REALLY IS A CONGRESSMAN AND THEY'RE SWEATING IT BAD!!!! Prolly been on a "24/7 Haldol/Ativan Main-Line for Bipolar w/hypo-manic delusions" of: "Yes I'm THAT Jackson for REAL" and now, they're "Die-Virgining" (My personal TERM for all the 'diversion, aversion, coercion, perversion et al', tactics, we ALL know tooooo well...) the living $#%^ outta him, praying to Allah, ('kuz it's a State-Run Un-stitution'), that they can "convince" him thru the "proper mix of MEDS and THE-RAPEY" that he actually needed Tx in the first place, so he won't KRUSH them with litigation the SECOND he's deemed Competent again!!!!
I know I'm going to regret saying this, but I truly hope that is what happened! WTF, you say? Well, hear me out...
This could be a blessing in disguise for all of us who have been wronged by this System. If he was illegally snatched up, was constantly ridiculed for stating, "You can't do this to me! I'm a freaking Congressman of THIS NATION!!", then out comes Haldol..... They couldn't "die-virgin" me enough 'after-the-fact', if I had the money and clout he carries! There could lie the biggest, high-profile litigation we've all been screaming for! I hope for Jesse Jr., the man, he is just a 'voluntary', but the semantics, again, suggest otherwise. That, and the fact that the HIPAA-Beast reared it's ugly stench, not just in the Attending's statement, but Miss Jackson's as well, lends this 'pessimistic-optimist' to only hope they finally wronged the "right" patient, for once.... We'll find out soon....

Is there anyone out there who has been ILLEGALLY 'committed', within the last 2 years, with copies of your Clinical Records, unable, but wanting to get a lawyer to help? IF you REALLY have these as PROOF, I might be able to help, thru a VERY BRAVE, and EXTREMELY COMPETENT ATTY, WHOSE WILLING TO HELP "US"! PRIVATE MESSAGE ME NOW!!!!! He may not be able to help directly, but has tons of experience, licensed in several states, a Constitutionalist, pro-active in Civil Rights against illegally committed "Civil Commitments"!!!!

Official statement coming soon.... The only post previous to this seems overtly pro-psych, which I won't even begin to go in that direction, in this forum. Rev. Jesse Jackson himself, cited the HIPAA-Beast again on TV this morning. I still believe he's been illegally committed....
Jesse Jr., has been offically out of Office since June 10th.
