Finding the wrong combination of meds, honestly

Does anyone ever read some of these online mental health forums ? The phrase you just need to "find the right meds" or just "the right medication"... Thats all people say. Drug XYZ did these horrible things to me along with the anxiety I need to find the right combination of meds.
