As I have said in past posts only 2% of people with real mental illness are successful in obtaining real recovery. The mental health industry and bureaucracy offers -False Hope- of recovery which leads to some form of suicide for 90% of people with serious mental illness. There are many reasons for this false hope being the main policy of the mental health industry, money and jobs and some help are the only benefits that come out of all this -False Hope-...
That being said what else are people with mental illness supposed to do in trying to find a solution to their problems, what are parents and relatives and friends and caregivers etc. supposed to do with this pain and suffering that everybody feels because of mental illness...
The answer can be real hope of recovery if everybody connected to mental illness tries a new way of treatment that is pleasurable to do and it's is free and has no down side. It is called full time continuous kindness (Positive thinking and positive actions) which counters -Free Time- which is the biggest down side to mental illness ,time to think about your problems and demons...
Let's start giving you some ideas about continuous kindness and positive thinking and positive actions and how you can start helping yourself or your loved one etc....
1. Music to listen too especially overnight, music to sleep with will drown out the demons...
2. Volunteering as much as possible this will use up your free time in a stress free environment...
3. Meditation will help you handle stressful days and teach you discipline...
4. Chocolate can be used as a reward for a successful day...
5. Masturbation or sex can be used as a way to reduce stress in your life...
