The vast majority of human beings do not understand what is continuous full time kindness, it is exactly what it means but -Nobody- has ever done it before for any length of time. Think about what I am saying your whole life now is revolving around mental illness or mental disorders or addictions etc.. Why not replace this 24/7/365 time downward spiral of negative thinking with full time pleasureable thinking and actions that full time continuous kindness will give you?
It can be done and I have seen it done over and over again by clients with mental illness etc. Now you and your -Caregivers- families and relatives and friends etc. can start this self help idea with any existing mental health program of recovery that you are comfortable with etc..
Now if you are unsure of yourself or need help please show these and future posts to a trusted caregiver or relative or friend or trusted mental health professional etc. and ask them their opinions about this idea because the more people that get behind this idea of full time continuous kindness which creates an atmosphere of kindness in your life. You will see some improvement in your life and the possability of a complete cure of your problems, anything is possible what do you have too loose, being kind to yourself full time?
