delusion

does someone who has delusions truly believes in them or that he has doubts about them.
lets say someone who has persecutory delusions,does he really believe that the FBI for an example really is after him and he will act like it's real?like he would look out the windows all the time to watch if the FBI is not there and etc..?are'nt there ANY doubts ?

I dont have delusions, but from what i understand, they actually are persuaded to believe they are after them, as if they actually where.
This sloth doesn't understand the statement.

I can't speak for everyone, but for myself.. I had no doubts at all, the delusions I had were completely overwhelming.
Why are the simple questions the hardest to answer?
Like, "How are you?"
...I still can't answer that...
