I and some mental patients were beaten up in a clinic. Is this internationally legal to beat mental patients. If not where can I report. I am from bangladesh

That's absolutely terrible. i'm not sure about the laws in bangladesh, but i would recommend reporting it the authorities there.

It would be illegal in most developed countries. Although there are some allowance made if the person being beaten up is violent and needs to be restrained. It is hard to make a case yourself in those circumstances though. You almost need a third party witness. But it can be done if it is a common occurrence.
It is better to be the widow of a hero than the wife of a coward.
