I eat wholefoods, no sugar, no fast food, no junk. I am physically active and I use lots of medical marijuana.I cook with it, make with iced tea with it and also smoke it. I don't take anymore psych meds, haven't for a few years now and I feel much better all the way around. The pot helps me when I can't sleep, it's a good pain reliever and I am fortunate to have a couple of doctors who totally support my use of marijuana for medicinal purposes.
A whole bunch of stuff has helped. I can't think of them all right now, but here's a few:
Sunshine Exercise Creative visualization Volunteer work Sleep hygiene Clean diet Reducing exposure to mass media Willingness to try new things Self-acceptance Neuro Linguistic programming CBT DBT
Blame it on me, but know that I won't regret one iota.
