so the word "link" in all caps with an exclamation point after it... wasn't obvious...

Glad you understand.
And sadgirl, if you don't understand how promoting awareness that the things people do eveyday are effecting their mental state, and that most of them coud benefit not from drugs or doctors visits, but by simple lifestyle changes, than it's not that you don't understand how my post relates to anti-psych, but it's that you don't understand the anti-psychiatry movement period.
First of all, I apologise again for missing your link. I wrote a lot of unnecessary $#%^ because I missed it.
I agree with January, this thread contains important information regarding the distressing and adverse effects of caffeine. It is clear from the LINKed article that people's intake of caffeine and the possible adverse effects can be misinterpreted as a mental illness.
This thread will hopefully alert people (that read it) with a high caffeine intake that are feeling distressed that they should reduce their caffeine intake to see if the symptoms subside before seeking help.
We need to remember that psychiatry has not developed any diagnostic exam for any mental illness disorder. However, they readily prescribe medication designed (they say) to target specific chemical imbalances. Without any diagnostic exam, how do they know what they are targeting? This is pure unscientific quackery!
Whatever information that can make people re-think their situation, before they make an appointment to consult one of these quacks is indeed anti-psychiatry.
