Rule 1 of The Arcana

Postby jdnewell » Thu Jun 30, 2005 6:26 am

In the arcane practitioning of "people judging", there is one rule of thumb first and foremost: if Tom was a nut case yesterday then Tom'll be a nut case tomorrow, UNconditionally. And by extension, if Tom was a nut case a quarter century ago then Tom'll be a nut case in a quarter century hence, UNconditionally. (Replace 'Tom' with any human name and the truism still holds.)

This first-and-foremost Rule of The Arcana ensures the perpetual enrichment of the aristocracy (of The Arcana), and it ensures that all humans will be forever subjugated under same.

I make myself *crystal* clear.

[edit] Aggrandisement of the images of the aristocracy (of The Arcana) ie. Freud, Jung et al and followers, at the expense of the images of the patients... that's what it's all about. They know diddly -- they know about what the average joe knows. And YES, this started long BEFORE CHRIST, psychiatry did. It's ancient, arcane, a perpetuation, a cult. It's the antithesis of Classless... as in America, The Classless Society.

Which link are you making between the well recorded Aristocracy, which has a hereditary connotation and requires some amount of documentation, and this Arcana that you are speaking of, which involves psychiatry, and has quite a few people in the industry who would have no hereditary claim to any known aristocracy?

[ edit ] If you consider the fact that there has been documentation on supposedly secret arcane orders dating back to greece, I wonder what documentation can be provided on this group.

Yes it's a cult, a power cult, and utterly arcane. To shrinks, the future equals the past, plain and simple... time has virtually ceased to exist, and pieces of paper are examined instead of the patient. My my, what a heinous wrong! But hey, I'm not looking to fixate blame on the doctors, heavens no! If I were needing to name the entity who is squarely to blame, I would only be able to come up with a single name: The Prince of Darkness.

I'm not in love with pshyciatrists, but they may have a point here. People in general do not change a great deal over time. Some behaviors are difficult to get rid of. I have friends who were smoking heavily 10-20 years ago--they still are. I know people who were over 100 pounds overweight 10 years ago. Guess what--they are still fat. I know many who ruined their financial lives went bankrupt. Then got on their feet and repeated the same mistakes then went bankrupt again.

I'm talking in general. I also know many who have transformed their lives. I have not drank in over 30 years and I have many friends who have not drank in 10-30 years.
