Electromagnetic energy can produce auditory sensations. It's called a Frey Effect (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frey_effect)

We've been arguing about what can be done with the Frey effect. Cliff and Eleanor think that it has been significantly improved over time to be able to produce auditory sensations that mimic auditory hallucinations. I don't.

Not quite. Tin foil hats, helmets or some kind of facial shield isn't equatable with a Faraday cage at all. Maybe if you made your house into a Faraday cage. (I'm probably encouraging Cliff and Eleanor too much here)

I'm a victim of this phenomena,I'm hearing voices as I type this out. This all started about April 2015. I thought I was going crazy, and even had to take leave from work to see a psychologist, who recommended I follow up with a psychiatrist. I never did though since I feel like I came to realize the voices I was hearing were people basically harassing me. Originally these voices were telling me I was under surveillance, which I knew to be false because I would not be allowed to know I was under surveillance. In addition, evidence cannot be obtained by illegal means, and this "surveillance" would definitely be breaking federal wiretap and electronic harassment laws. I then recognized this tactic as victim blaming. Good cop/bad cop routines are performed, there are times when these harassers will provide positive reinforcement, and other times when they will humiliate and harshly critique the things me and my family are doing. I've been asked by these harassers if I would like for them to stop, but when I say yes, they tell me they will never stop.

These voices started off as something I could hear in the background, as if I could hear a phone conversation between multiple people, only they were narrating everything I was doing. To this day, I hear them documenting names when they come up in a conversation I'm involved in, and they perform skits, using voices of people I've worked with. The harassment has changed from being background noise to these harassers addressing me directly. I believe some type of soundboard is used to produce this effect. I even began to hear the person's voice before the sound waves went into the microphone and translated to the "characters" voice they were imitating. The people conducting this electronic harassment frequently make mistakes, leaving microphones open so that you are hearing two "characters" voices being imitated by the harasser when they meant only to imitate once character. The harasser will then close out the mic and continue the skit. From time to time, they accidentally use what I can only assume to be their real names, because bickering will break out among these harassers when a name is used.

I've tried to tell the people close to me about all this, but of course they just think I'm crazy. And to be honest, I'm not completely dismissing that possibility. I've caught on to a lot of information, but unfortunately not before I quit my job that I've been at for 11 years. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I am sorry you are going through this, it sounds like torture at the very least.

If I may, when did the voices start? Do you believe there is any particular reason why you are being electronically harassed? Do you know who is harassing you?

I cant stand this thread pushing the idea hearing voices is electronic harassment.

People are not electronic, if they were blindness, DEAFNESS, spinal injuries would be as easy to repair as a VCR.

People have been know to hear voices thousands of years before electronics were even invented.


And none of you even if it was possible to project a voice electronically with super duper complicated electronics NONE of you are important enough to bother harassing.

Maybe "they" would use this mythical technology say on the builders of atomic weapons in Iran if it was possible to mess with them but NOT any of you.

Again I don't like this thread.

One blaming spirits or ghosts wouldn't be a problem. Kind of hard to debunk that.
