To treat it you have to acknowledge that it exists. That is what I am talking about.
A lot of people don't even get that far.
But as an aside, a whole treatment works best. We can't always get at the cause of a problem right away, or it may just take time. But that doesn't mean symptoms should be ignored in the meantime.
