Why is there even an Anti-psych board here.

I'm really confused. It seems everytime someone comes in an makes some good points it gets either derailed or locked by admin whose views are the polar opposite of "anti-psych" . For example : jdnewell wrote:

"I have personally had a psychiatrist for over 12 yrs who did amazing work that helped me tremdously, if it wasn't for her helping me the way she did I don't know where'd i'd be today.

Not all doctors are good doctors, but there are a TON of great ones out there.

Thank you for your views, but I'd have preferred you to have raised them directly with one of us. There will continue to be an anti-psych forum here. Plus, you are grossly misrepresenting how we (as admins) behave react to various posts here. Perhaps if you read through every thread in this forum, you would get a better picture of how conduct ourselves here
