I know people can be though if they are a danger to themselves, I think that's the right thing to do when that happens.
'Not sure to what you refer when you say "right thing to do" ...you mean forced assessment of 'dangerous' folk is the right thing? or did you mean that berating the examiner is the right thing?
Presuming the former...
The words "presumption of innocence" still mean something to those who respect Constitutional Law, though it may be just a crumby worthless phrase to the pitiable, to the wretched and to the misguided.
The words "public trial" and "trial by jury" and "speedy trial" still mean something to scholars, though its purport may be lost on the blind, on the poor and on dodos.
So what demigod/despot is gonna condemn the prisoner, eh smarty? You'd need a veritable SOUL DOCTOR, and we all know that there exists none such, for the Good Book says, "Judge not lest you in turn be judged". So, just any old corrupt lackey of the power structure will do, hmmm?
Tyranny, despotism: Idi Amin loved it; Hitler cherished it; Noriega embraced it; Ferdinand Marcos employed it; Saddam Hussein plied it; Pol Pot enjoyed it. ALL the dictators have used psych to oppress their detractors, so why don't you just shut down this thread, homely party girl, and no one will be the wiser that they're getting screwed in the ass by charlatans.
