Yoga helped my brother deal with his problems too. He went to a yoga retreat/camp in Austria a few years ago and met his current girlfriend there. Ultimately, you should learn what your likes and dislikes are; and gravitate towards your likes, while repulsing yourself from your dislikes.

hello dharma,

i did yoga and meditation for about 4 years. Well, from this point, I think it's a total bull.

at the time i was practicing it, it was very effective, then just suddenly stopped being effective, for some reason. I think it's mostly based on self-deception and self- suggestion.

hi again dharma !

I did meditations that involve emotional discharging / charging.. such as simulated laughing / crying for 15 mins, and many other. There are plenty of different meditation techniques , and if nothing else, we always had great fun at those sessions ! However, after some time it just didn't work for me anymore, so I dropped it.

( i still do yoga exercises, but not much of the meditation )

am happy here to know more.......

well, lets talk about Meditation, it will work when a person prepares himself by spiritually(what I believe). for that YOGA is must(might be any yoga), so here body and mind gets connected then we can be in sielence with consiousness.. after some time it will be more.. Ofcourse am not able much to express more on meditation,I can express about YOGA, is a excersize nothing else but with basic Princeples taken from VEDAS, which r much intelectuals in funtionality.

every movement u take in it , it works on it for defenatly, and NOW pranayama gives more strenth to body and mind, more consiousness also, so Body and mind will be more active to tacle many things..

Now am trying on it, want to learn more from ORIGINAL centres in India, am searching for good centres Information(plz let me know if any knows), I hope, it gives me what my soul wants.
even wanna work hard, So please give advices, what more options r present along with ALOPATHY MEDICATION.
thanks for all who spent their valuable time, and for kindness

May God Bless U,
