Foundations psychological services in Arden North Carolina uses this device without disclosing the fact that it will be used in the assessment process. Most of the clients for Robert Wallace are coming from the Henderson County probation Department after being placed on probation for sexually related crimes. I am concerned with legality of this process being that the testing with this device is never disclosed until the third visit to foundations. By that time the probation office has the offenders where they want them. It seems to me that they are using this device as a weapon for intimidation and not for any type of assessment. After reading about all there is to read on this device, its use has no standardization and has false positives and false negatives. where I am really concerned however is in its use on minor children. Documented cases on children as young as 10. With the acceptance of the penile Plethysmogram amongst the psychological community, the more testing with this device, the closer to standardization, and its use, will have so called legitimacy. Making its use all that much more acceptable to use on minor children.
Google penile Plethysmogram, and Koby Bryant. This man may have gotten away with rape.

Can't people just refuse the procedure? I would.

Robert Wallace and the Henderson county probation dept. does not disclose the testing is to be done until the offenders show up for the test. They dont know what the "test" is. And if they refuse the test they are arrested for violating their probation. Like I said, it is being used as a weapon.

So what's new? Psychiatry is all about intimidation. It's "think what we tell you or we'll drug you more and more."

I had heard of the procedure, but I did not know what it was called.
