Why not just sue 'em?

For all those here who have suffered harm at the hands of psychotropics, why not just sue them for the damage they have caused you?

These people wrote the book on blame the victim, it is incredibly difficult to win a lawsuit against them.

Because the court rules in favor of the side with more money and no single person or group of people (unless they're all billionaires) has more money than the pharma industry or whatever network psychiatrists have.

A federal jury awarded him $1 million in his lawsuit charging he was illegally held and injected with drugs at Bellevue Hospital over a six-day period five years ago. The defendants were two psychiatrists at Bellevue and the city’s Health and Hospitals Corporation.

The amount is reportedly the most ever awarded in a United States psychiatric hospital case.

Sadly psychiatrists have all the power, and many victims do not have the financial means to have a dog in their fight. When it comes to it, its psychiatry's professional word against a supposed patient who does not have the capacity to perceive reality correctly according to everyone in the court.


However, that does not mean people should quit. Every lawsuit brings attention, and those that are won give a voice to countless people who did not have one.

Sadly, I hate to admit it, but in some cases that is true One more wrong that gives me strength to protest against psychiatry's flaws.

Suing someone does not replace their brain AT ALL. Honestly, the only penance for the crimes that psychiatry is responsible for is for the psychiatrists to receive the same treatment they have treated others with. Many have lost everything they hold dear to psychiatry, instead of just being placed in prison for crimes they may have done. Even saying something in the wrong way can get you killed off (mentally and almost physically too) by psychiatrists.

Honestly, they should be sued until they have nothing left, and then stripped of their mental acuity by the drugs they push on people

give 'em a taste of their own medicine? like when teddy daniels from shutter island grabs the 'sedative' off the psyciatrist, and injects it into his neck? i like it
