Massive violations of the privacy laws

Anyone else have some stories of how the privacy rules were violated? When I was locked up they kept going on about how it would be 'private' information if I agreed to take their poisonous anti-psychotic drugs. I knew it was total BS. And when I went to court for my competency hearing I really found out how little privacy meant to the mental health Nazis and the courts:

I was accused of simple assault on a child molester. But of course he denied being a child molester and said I was crazy. He HAD told me that the high school principal had had an affair with a student then told me there was nothing wrong with helping students get in touch wit their sexuality. Then later he denied saying it. I made the mistake of telling an administrator at the school - he called the mental health Nazis and told them I was delusional. I was really mad and when I saw the teacher on the street I swung at him and chased him down the street - with him yelling help help! I scared him a bit then went home.

A few minutes later the cops show up and arrest me. I was charged with simple assault - thought I would make bail and be out. Nope - I got 90 days for evaluation in the psych hospital. Never got a chance to talk with a public defender until day 85. The shrink had found me incompetent which meant an indefinite commitment to the hospital. I told the public defender that there had to be a way to get another evaluation. I knew a guy on the ward who had been there 4 years after throwing a thermometer at a nurse in the hospital. But the lawyer really wants me to go with the incompetency thing because I get found not guilty by insanity - and she wins her case.

In court the first guy to testify is the child molester who I was accused of simple assault on. He gets up on the stand and tells this ridiculous lie that he had interpreted a dream of mine to my English class when I was in school and I was obsessed with it and wanted him to remember what it was. (By the way - that did match at all when the psychiatrist said I was saying when he testified.)Then he sits down 20 feet behind me and gets to hear the entire 'private' evaluation that the psychiatrist goes on about for an hour while testifying. My lawyer doesn't object to this privacy violation. The judge doesn't object to this privacy violation. The psychiatrist doesn't object to this privacy violation. WTF???

I never even made a specific complaint about it until about a year into my two year incarceration. I was going on to my shrink (a different shrink than the one who found me incompetent) about how the child molesters at the school are lying to cover their child molesting perversions and trying to make me out to be crazy - and they see it's been working. He says they don't know why I'm locked up - because my mental health records are PRIVATE. I wanted to punch that a-hole in the FACE. I said they know all about what's been going on and he asked how. I told him how the child molester had heard all the forensic psychiatrists testimony and he just blubbered 'that's not supposed to happen.'

The privacy rule is a total crock - the Nazis only use it so they don't have to let anyone know how they are abusing people's rights.

Thank you for your contribution. It is valued. My privacy has too been violated, and all other rights. They too made me out to look crazy by misinterpreting and constructing things that never happened, then writing that those are things I believe. And my lawyer did not object, and I was not allowed to defend myself, and the only version the crooked tribunal heard was the version of corrupt charlatans.

Here is the most important part:
Deconstruction (because it needs to be deconstructed...)

mental illness is a tautology, therefore it is not any explanation at all, it just deceives about the behavior itself being caused by an illness, and the illness is that behavior itself.

It is a circularity of reasoning. Illness is proved by behavior, behavior is a proof of illness. This is a logical fallacy. It makes the argument of any illness invalid.

The truth is they have a behavior-centered bias and prejudice, and a want to damage the brain.

When a doctor of medicine doesn't like your behavior, he wants to damage your brain to disable you into passivity.

Deconstruction:
There are only behavior. Bias and prejudice. And damage.

Doctors of medicine are charlatans, tricksters, and famous liars.

Semantic trickery can often get people to adopt positions that they would not agree with.

They are disreputable practices, and should create suspicions around all forms of medicine.

Hypocrisy - their own conduct is disordered and sick most, if not all, the time on a regular basis.

Bottom line of the deconstruction:
Doctors of medicine are charlatans, tricksters, and famous liars. When they don't like your behavior, they want to damage your brain, and they do via toxicity by tricking you to eat toxin and causing you brain damage. They imprison you, slander you, libel you, defame you, abuse all your rights, and misrepresent you throughout the process.
