3 key terms will be explained below: psychiatry, mental health, pharmacological torture:
It all depends on the way you want to see something or someone. You can color the situation or behavior in a favorable or unfavorable light.
The clearest way to see people and events is to be non judgmental - to just see and record the facts without coloring them with "this is right" or "this is wrong" or telegraphing the desired reaction to other people.
We should never think our way is the only way.
Sometimes we don't know how long or how hard someone has worked to achieve something.
The bottom line is results are what matter.

Definition of terms could be another way of saying "negotiation".
I disagree with each and every term defined by psychiatry, including the term "psychiatry" itself, as each and every term is deceptive and highly debatable.
A truthful term for the cruel practice of deceiving people, defaming people, imprisoning people, and damaging their brain without a fair trial and without any crime would be "witch-hunt".
Charlatans who perform daily these human rights abuses are motivated by a love of violence.
Others are deluded and believe they are helping. "a frightening example of how morally motivated action can lead to massive suffering"
From at least the 1930s, the term "witch-hunt" has been used figuratively to describe activities by governments (and, occasionally, by business entities) to seek out and expose perceived enemies, often apparently as a means of directing public opinion by fostering a degree of moral panic.
psychiatry has been employed as a method of repression. Psychiatric abuse.
mental health is unrelated to health, and misused as an extension of political power.
Pharmacological torture - the use of psychotropics or other drugs to force compliance by causing distress, which could be in the form of pain, anxiety, psychological disturbance, immobilization, disorientation, and much worse effects of drugs: swollen muscles+inability to breathe, inability to have any deep thoughts, low blood pressure, impotence, brain damage, restlessness, parkinson's symptoms, ...
Indefinite detention is another form of torture to force confessions to nasty false allegations and to force acting compliantly and say to others the pharmacological torture is a "help"
Without the indefinite detention or the pharmacological torture people would be able to argue for the truth. With the indefinite detention + pharmacological torture people get brain damaged and cannot argue anything, cannot even leave when being fully compliant and reciting all false allegations and all lies. The longer the pharmacological torture lasts, the bigger and more severe the brain damage.
