These Doctors & Psychiatrist sure don't know what they are doing! I went to a doctor ended up getting ridiculed put in a psych ward for a blow torch i was using for my spa to help the chlorine to relax my muscles. I had been diagnosed everything without having one thing. The proof the psychiatrist said she didn't know if i had anything. The psychiatrist later said i was being irrational and said she would take me off Risperdal after three months. I plan on suing these idiots for the side affects when for when i had been taking these meds. On top of it my crazy relatives come to my house hit me for no reason other than stress and no money to pay bills. I have video & audio proof of my relatives going nuts with a ton wrong with them. My uncle he can't stop drinking & driving he might even lose his house this winter 2015. I will have almost $20,000 grand soon. I don't want to spend it all on a lawyer to sue or deal with my stupid relatives. What do i do?

First off that wasn't right. I am sorry you had to go through that ordeal. You are not alone in having such an experience. Psychiatry can do harm then good.

My advice would be to first distance yourself from any negativity. It doesn't sounds like you are getting along with your relatives which I would assume isn't healthy for your emotional well being. In a case like that I would spend some time to gather myself.

Suing those quacks is a difficult choice, its entirely up to you. You might win you might not. You will need to consider the outcome of both, along with the probability of each. I say this because if you loose you will be with less money, and that would be awful knowing you spent money for nothing. However, if you truly feel this will bring closure in some way or personal justice you may. I cant give any legal advice since I know next to nothing about it, however its really up to how you feel and what might happen.

How is she in charge of what you take ?

These doctors are providing YOU a service if you want it.

Would anyone ever write my dentist said I am not required to have a root canal ?

My Dermatologist said he would let me off the smelly cream ?

YOU are in charge, you pay the bill.

Be careful, these damb psych drugs can cause some awful withdrawal reactions and if you get sick they use that as proof you "need" the drugs.

I don't know wtf you were doing with a blow torch and who cares, OMG fire "danger" give me a break.

So you want to sue the doctors, that is not so easy. I couldn't pull it off and I had them.

I drank myself sick, I couldn't consume any more to maintain and couldn't eat or sleep and went to the ER for a detox and got stuck in a psych ward. They were VERY abusive and they held me past the time allowed by law without a hearing and a judge ( a violation of my civil rights under U.S. Code, Title 42, Chapter 21 § 1983, Civil action for deprivation of rights.) False imprisonment (for the insurance money) !

I had them on some other things too, violating my patient rights, but no lawyer would touch it, I LIKE to see people fight back but don't get all discouraged if you can't get legal help.

Every time I go online and post links in all kinds of places forums and youtube comments any place with a text box more people learn the truth about psychiatry and I get satisfaction from that. I call it "copy catting" other people might call it spamming. I also call it paying it forward cause others before me posting the truth about psychiatry saved me from wasting more of my life on it.

Anyway alot of us lived the psychiatry assault that leaves you angry at them and at family for siding with them.

I didn't know psychiatry was a fraud ass sham in the beginning so how can I stay mad at family for not knowing it ?

The very best revenge is getting better. It really really is. Don't let the stress of family-psychiatry thing wear you down and slow you down or derail the whole thing.
