Now I'm not anti-psych in anyway and think it's one of the greatest fields of study there is but in order to be taken seriously as a science I support all critical views of the field in order to better psychology and psychiatry into a not only amazing but also practically effective science.

I agree in that true unbiased research can change psychiatry for the better. Few care to admit, but the majority of mainstream psychiatry is very biased being heavily influenced by pharmaceutical companies. The theme is ignore anything other than programs center around medication management. Its pure bunk, a one size does not fit all, and medication while helpful for some isn't an answer to every single problem.
