-SELF HELP RECOVERY- FREE, FREE, FREE...

After spending nearly 5 years and thousands of dollars of my own time and money as a NON MENTAL HEATH PROFESSIONAL and or NON MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, my quest to offer the mental health community a means of partial and or full recovery based on my observations was a total failure... My failure was my not understanding how the mental health bureaucracy and mental health community of individuals etc. really worked... My failure was and still is -MY FAILURE- to explain to everybody in simple and easy to use terms,( Cost -YOU- NOTHING, TOTALLY FREE ) how my mental health observations etc. over many years would produce a path to MENTAL HEALTH RECOVERY... ( These observations also showed the possibility of a way to help in partial and or FULL RECOVERY of many of our MEDICAL PROBLEMS such as Cancer, Autism and many of our Medical Diseases and Disorders etc. etc. etc...)

I have heard bits and pieces from your blog, and so far I think you are on the right track Can you share more on your insights? What do you believe would help make the system better?

-Riccola- etc. It is truly sad when YOU are one of the few who respond to my posts and or blog.... The reason I was trying to get a response is that I am my best when I interact with a group of people and their ideas... ( Back in the 80's and 90's I was a NYC TAXI Leader of Yellow Taxi Drivers and we had street demonstrations with thousands of yellow cabs blocking the streets until we stopped the drivers from being killed... We came up with successful ideas and beat NYC Bureaucrats and Politicians and NYC Police etc., and stopped the slaughter of NYC TAXI DRIVERS because they were 3rd world human beings who the city did not give a damn about...)

I think something similar should happen with psychiatry. I believe people should peacefully protest and demand human rights in psychiatry. Its not fair that those who struggle and the most, have been through the worst and are going through a battle be treated so poorly by the very systems which are supposed to help them.

I believe that we all can change psychiatry for the better and end systematic abuse of helpless people.

I believe that a system that inspires self empowerment giving the tools to heal is key. I long for such a system, where people are neither judge nor labelled, rather given the help they need.

Being honest I do, but only when the system is uncorrupt and fair. I only believe in judging others in terms of where evidence exists of harsh criminal acts, however I do not believe the mentally ill should be judged. I believe all systems, even those that deal with law, should focus on rehabilitation more than anything else.

-SELF HELP RECOVERY- WHAT IF... what the hell does that mean, YOU are going to help me with ideas or YOU are going to show the world that YOU are nothing more than robots for the mental health industry...

Now of course who am I to insult YOU etc., I am trying to show YOU that YOU can have partial and or FULL RECOVERY from YOUR supposed mental illness etc... YES I am trying to get you involved in YOUR RECOVERY, this idea of SELF HELP is -FREE- and can be done anywhere YOU choose... If a parent and or relative and or friend and or caregiver etc. wants to get involved, the faster YOU will gain partial and or full recovery...

Let's begin with the my first question, YOUR brain produces -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- and these feel good chemicals only occur about 2% of the time... What would happen if YOU could have these feel good chemicals happen 10% or 20% or more everyday 365 days a year etc. etc. etc...

WHAT ARE THESE FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS THAT YOUR BRAIN PRODUCES, a list of these chemicals such as ..... ???

This is the key to Partial and or FULL RECOVERY, what do YOU HAVE TO LOOSE or YOU enjoy being a robot to the mental health industry... YOU choose...???

I like where you are going with this

Respect, compassion, trust, sympathy, empathy, love, understanding, acceptance, kindness and so fourth are all essential to healing, recovery and feeling good. They are something everyone not only deserves, but needs on a profound level.

Having friends and family involved by all means makes recovery possible. Give a struggling person a someone they can open up to while being heard and they will flourish. Such people give them hope, someone to trust, someone to fall back on when they fall down. That thought alone produces a powerful feel good sensation. Pain and all that comes with it melts away in empathy.
