An Anti-Psychiatry Success

Postby Cruxx » Sat Feb 21, 2015 7:21 am

I might be a success story of sorts,
though you would not think so of a hermit.

That's right, I finally spat the comfort-dummy and walked out of society.
Putting an end to the insults of whitemen for good.
Gone back to the Old Ways, as much as can be done in country plagued by whitemen.

Everybody assumes that I am schizophrenic,
and they are all thoroughly wrong in what they assume.
The only hint of mental illness that I have discerned,
is that I became a workaholic while at University [now in recovery 2 years].

And, of course, I fit that old cliché
which preaches that anybody who thinks everyone else mad
is themselves utterly mad.
Which is nonsense : as any genius would know.
And which any competent observer of mankind would discern, for that matter.

I have come here in the faint hope
that others of adventurous spirit and competent thinking have been mis-labelled as schizophrenic
because they dared perceive or think whatever lies beyond socially-defined fashionable delusions.

Meanwhile, my companionship is limited to a silent wolfette who sometimes howls,
and the entities of my forest, plants insects and birds [for wildfire wiped out the small mammals].
I like company that does not insist on smalltalk or bravado, and relish all but the bovver Ravens.

I've always been different, cannot hide it.
My unthinkable aspect wants to be expressed, whatever I am.
I trust myself, as distinct from trusting self-importance.

My work, my obscure destiny, has been in meta-physics.
We've got plenty of scientists working in physics, hoping to win a Nobel lottery prize
but for me, the next major step in innovation lies in metaphysics
[an unfunded subject of Research which idiotically labels me as mad, bad, and dangerous to know].

No fashionable new Age pretentiousness about being a holier-than-thou godling,
but researching beyond-the-physical, and developing aetheric technologies.

Had no choice in my vocation ; I was born to be a man of Forbidden Knowledge.

Sounds silly, Forbidden Knowledge, as if anyone had the power to impose ignorance.
But, despite my skeptical methodology, I have been led to personally proving the reality
that there truly are subjects that Everybody avoids like Ebola Virus.

So, instead of being schizophrenic [if it exists – I've yet to see adequate evidence]
it seems that I am a modern-day Heretic, unmistakably shunned by all.

So much for the Enlightenment and the death of demented dark-age religions.
Heresy is alive and well in this self-proclaimed "modern age" of systematic ignorance.

And heretic I surely am, though everybody calls it schizophrenia ; Why ?
Because it gives them a pretext to dismiss my findings without considering its meaning.
This, in itself, is evidence that SOMETHING is imposing selective ignorance upon mankind.
But, there is more. Much more than irrationally dismissing a lone scientist.

Beyond the thinkable, lies the unknown.
90% of the universe, 90% of it's mass anyway, is invisible to modern science.!
and Everybody Is Not-Looking At It.
Very strange, to ignore 90% of the whole universe, as if it were a lifeless desert.

The materialist's excuse is that we cannot relate to dark matter in any way imaginable.
Nonsense. Blind denial of the tribal "medicine-man", who was sometimes pretty contrary.

Those valuable men are gone now, hunted to death by the church of Rome.
In their place is courtship-fixation, TV and tarot,
with Jesus as our complacent forgive-anything do-nothing backstop.
And all these puffs of self-importance with a label for everything and answers to nothing
somehow think that it is me who is crazy.

Most humans cannot even read properly, let alone do original thinking,
but all of them think it's me that is the stupid one.

The condition of mankind is a disgrace, far less than our talent provides for.
An embarrassment to be of the same species, except the blame lies substantially elsewhere.
All ability, all knowledge of metaphysics destroyed by the bulldozer of Saul's wicked invention, Christianity.

So : Who benefits by blinding mankind to dark matter ?
[dark matter aka aetheric matter, the structure and energetic properties of which
Toltec seers described before the agricultural revolution led to Lords and serfs].

What is behind the deadly campaign that sprang forth from Leviticus ?
Jehovah's [aka Christ aka Allah] "Thou shalt not suffer a witch [that's us, folks] to live!"
Who benefits from blinding mankind to the realm of aetheric matter ?

Time to play Detective for real.
What have we lost ?
Lost by having perception truncated by dogma ?,
Dogma imposed by murderous lackeys of a murderous self-proclaimed creator of the universe.

It is significant that everybody denies the self-harm done by such absurd values.
Killing off the seers [witches], the innovators [heretics], the man from outside of time [schizo].
Who Benefits ? This is the key to understanding our degradation, our humiliating stupidity. Who Benefits ?

Only a predator benefits from stupid, predictable prey. Think about this.
A farmer wants docile obedient livestock [that's us folks].
Farmers of domesticated primates are the only type of entity to benefit from a crippled mankind.
This outrageous idea is a key example of Forbidden Knowledge.

Why is it forbidden ? We are blinded to their activities because the predator is weak and lazy.
Don't want to fight a defiant human, that much is certain.
[but they will try to scare us off, with horrific telepathic impulses and fears of madness].
A weak predator that is seemingly invisible : what kind of beast ? A Parasite.!

Mankind is mentally and morally crippled by a parasite – how about that ?
"The Secret of Secrets", the Toltec seers called this startling idea.

Significant that the Toltec seers were all-but-exterminated by the Spanish Inquisition.
But some of their knowledge survived underground until published by an enthusiastic anthropologist.
Now, it is STILL underground, because Castanada's disclosures of shamanic forbidden knowledge
is labelled as fraudulent fiction by those in thrall to the parasites, the "invisible" predators on mankind.

Sounds schizoid ? Why not ?
It is from among the schizos that the tribal medicine man emerged.
Because our perceptions are more sensitive, we can be the protectors of the tribe.
Like warriors, the accomplished schizo fights on behalf of those who want peace and family.
We fight the evil spirits that are acknowledged in every cultural tradition, including Bible worshippers.

While the church ruled, we burned at the stake to intimidate the villagers with the power of dogma.
Now the church is a mere political party, we schizos are systematically disregarded as mentally ill.
How is that ?
In a way, the parasites are an impressive adversary, even though they fight dirtier than we.
Many wannabe sorcerers come unglued under the pressure applied by the parasites.

Always was a dangerous profession, those who failed to master Reasoning and Sobriety are lost.
But they cannot kill us directly – that is sure, or we schizos would soon be weeded out of the herd.
Good news for us loonies amongst the forbidden knowledge.

Often they trick us into suicide, for they are masterful manipulators.

Each individual must fight for sanity, against the deceit and cruelty of the parasite.
You think sanity is something you are born with ? Like toes and hair ? Not so.

Sanity is a personal accomplishment that modern men do not strive for.
Instead they strive for status and comfort, regardless of unseen consequences.

Investing effort in sanity has enabled me to live contented and at ease, with time enough
to pass on my findings to any schizo who dares to defy the taboo on knowledge of reality.

I will help as opportunity presents, but always remember ;
the work of evolving our Self is an individual task.
We reap what we have sown.
Such is Life.
Paradox is where thinking gets most interesting.

I decided to move it here to Anti-psych as its more fitting, plus you will get better coverage from like minded people. :)

I am glad that you are thinking about all this. And I am happy that your are having success. Writing about it a great way to express. I think that is key.

From personal experience I have seen people, including myself labelled just for having qualities mediocrity could not understand. People naturally reach incorrect conclusions when confronted with something they do not have the tools or information to grasp.

I think psychiatry fails to often here, not making an effort to further understand a person or where they are trying to come from. What one must bear in mind is that reality is stranger than fiction. Its easy for a psychiatrist to condemn something without keeping an open mind and then tossing out a label.

Take the example of a child who is beyond their years. Bright, imaginative, likes to be active. Its easy for a psychiatrist to call this ADHD rather than a normal variant between children who are all diverse in nearly infinite ways. Who benefits from giving the child this diagnosis? The psychiatrist does, but not the child or the society whose loosing a productive member who would have been of benefit to everyone.

I am leaving a shadow topic in schizophrenia that way people from both forums can read this thread and add comments as the OP originally wanted this to be in Schizophrenia.

Thanks! :)

Society needs people it can label mad. Hobbes once said that all mental pleasure derives from the favorable comparison of ourselves to others. Every society needs its class of officially designated "mad", "evil", "inferior" people in order to define itself as their opposites.

The existence of a group of individuals defined as "mad" provides society with a rich and abundant harvest of self-esteem, especially for those who, due to the lack of anything within themselves that would warrant such feelings, are rendered susceptible to ideologies of group supremacy. For such people, their sense of worth issues almost entirely from their group identity, hence the lure of mentalism, nationalism, racism, and sexism for people of no real distinction, not forgetting religion.

No one has seen any evidence for this most elusive entity, schizophrenia. Yet in psychiatry, which its proponents profess to be a science, the opposite principle obtains, as concerns its hypotheses, to that which obtains in real science. In real science, the onus lies with the proponent of an hypothesis to empirically corroborate it. In psychiatry, the existence of a disease is assumed, and the onus lies with the critics of an hypothesis to disprove its existence, which a person can no more do than disprove the existence of god, or some other most likely chimerical entity.

The concept corresponds to no known anatomical or physiological lesion, but what does that matter when this mala fide medical profession is not held to the same rigorous standards of evidence upheld in bona fide medical professions? The absurd thing is, is that despite the shaky empirical foundations whereon the whole edifice of modern psychiatry rests, the institutional psychiatrist is the occupant of a position that confers powers not to be found in real medical professions not characterized by the same evidentiary bankruptcy.

John Stuart Mill once said that, "the tendency has always been strong to believe that whatever has a name must be an entity or being, having an independent existence of its own. And if no entity answering to the name could be found, men did not for that reason suppose that none existed, but imagined that it was something peculiarly abstruse and mysterious."

People who are labelled mad are often the bearers of truths inconvenient to a world with a vested interest in the suppression thereof.

To be mad is often either to refuse to play the games people play, and by the rules that obtain therein, or to speak out against these games. Nothing will elicit the particular species of calumny I discourse upon herein from the tongue of man as surely as this. The treatment meted out thereupon, in its effects upon the person so traduced, more than suffices to furnish all the evidence the calumniator, in endeavoring to prove his slander, will need in corroboration thereof, because to treat a man as if he is mad, maketh him "mad".

It is little more than a rhetorical device by which we calumniate and discredit an opponent, one which shares in the advantage of which all insults ultimately partake, to wit, that even the most vacant head (in which, owing to the space vacated by the departure of the brain from the skulls of such people, consequent to the abdication of the responsibility, binding on all of us as intellectual beings, of thinking for ourselves, an abdication common amongst the ovine masses, all sorts of inanities take up residence) can avail themselves of it, which is why the casting of aspersions on the intellectual and discursive capacities of opponents prevails in popular debate.

Quote : "Hobbes once said that all mental pleasure derives from the favorable comparison of ourselves to others."
Evidently, Hobbes' intellectual scope has not ventured beyond narcissism, an illusion of reality contrived by obsession with one's self-reflection.

There are few pleasures as faithful and rewarding as a romance with knowledge.

Quote : "Every society needs its class of officially designated "mad", "evil", "inferior" people in order to define itself as their opposites."

That this contrived hatred is typical of societies that have been undermined by religion and the tyranny of empire
does not make it universal.

Pre-Columbian Native America had many examples of societies that were engineered to support the individual in their quest for innovative perspectives, for refinements to the shared reality map.
Sadly, all such societies have been destroyed by conquistadores and concentration-camp [reservation] missionaries, because the whiteman cannot tolerate anything that defies their cruel doctrine of conformity.

Daniel Quinn precisely defined this whiteman's toxic meme in his excellent book Beyond Civilisation : "Ours Is The One Right Way For People To Live, And Everyone Should Live Like Us".

This poisonous belief is what results in those cruelties to individuals of a different view.
It is a social poison that is common to Islam, Christianity, Materialism and Capitalism,
but beautifully absent from Anarchy [the only form of society that respects the individual].

Of course, Anarchy requires a much higher standard of personal maturity than we see in our political and social "leaders".

We are made mad by projected assumptions of madness
only if we agree with the toxic allegation.

Refusing to agree with nonsense is a crucial element of mental health.
Paradox is where thinking gets most interesting.

Re: An Anti-Psychiatry Success

Postby Arc Angel » Wed Feb 25, 2015 6:48 am

I'm an anti-psychiatry success also. I was erroneously diagnosed with schizophrenia in 1994, and I suffered forced drugging, committals, and endless confusion and psychotropic madness, until I walked away from it all in the year 2000 and never looked back. Now, I'm employed, possess a conceal carry permit for a handgun, and spend my time writing to speak truth to power. I even ran for city council. I take NO medications, and I have never felt better.

What I found was that the Haldol, Prolixin, Navane, Risperidol, were CAUSING the schizophrenic dissociation from reality...something I never had until I was forcibly injected. It was like having your consciousness see with 20 eyes, and the paranoia seemed to jump out into everyone else. It felt like EVERYONE knew my thoughts and was ridiculing me. When I jumped ship and escaped the facility, or left town to avoid being forcibly injected...the maddening symptoms predictably disappeared.

I'm not saying some people aren't truly mad, or dangerous. I know many are, and I know many aren't in their right heads. But for me, I suffered from actual circumstances which plunged me into despair and depression...but the psychiatrists IGNORED ALL MY RELEVANT HISTORY, and instead summed me up as "chemically broken and in need of psychotropic meds". They told me I'd need these for the rest of my life.

All lies.

Anyway, there's tons more, and I'll get to it all through subsequent posts, but for now I just wanted to chime in to say CONGRATULATIONS to all the others who survived psychiatry and transcended it's lies; NO SMALL FEAT. You should all be proud.

Let's continue to be a beacon of hope and truth for those still struggling in the dark madness of the manipulation, egos, treachery, abuse, and fascism of those employed in the "health care" industry. Many aging and helpless people in nursing homes are being drugged with Haldol and other neuroleptics for no good reason other than to shut them up, and knock them out so the charge nurse can have a quieter shift.

Yes it's a nasty treacherous business...

I think few know the true side effects of medications. The few that do need them may benefit well, but a person who is misdiagnosed (even some who are properly diagnosed) do not fair well. Some people have horrible side effects with doctors attributing them to the "illness" they diagnosed. Studies even theorize the enlarged ventricles schizophrenic patients have may not be from the disease itself but rather psychotropics used to treat it. Convenient find, as that allowed books to call schizophrenia neuro degenerative, discarding any notion medication did lasting damage.

Thank you! That means a lot to me :D It took me years to understand what I truly had and how the system really works. I have long reached the conclusion psychiatry can not adequately differentiate between sanity and insanity. To them its not much of a concern because profit drives. Some people are helped in the better places, but many others are abused simply for existing.

Thanks Riccolla, that means a lot to be validated. In a world of isolation, validation goes a long way.

I also wanted to take a quick moment to acknowledge all the deep and introspective thinking that I'm reading here...it is quite excellent, and many of you are exceptional writers and thinkers.

There is SO MUCH to ingest and process. But I want to make a nod to Cruxx because of their reference to Thomas Hobbes- a philosopher I've admired for first identifying the State of Nature/ State of War which became the basis for the Agreements, of which our civilizations were built upon.

"Because man cannot exist indefinitely in a state of war (nature), he is forced to agree with the next savage over not to attack one another in their sleep....hence government was born." (paraphrasing by me)

What Hobbes is saying is that if man never needed to sleep, he could maintain a state of war perpetually, and there would theoretically be no need to forge agreements with any others. It would be an endless exercise of hunting and gathering, attacking, and defending, reproducing and travelling.

Civilization does not exist but from our vulnerabilities. This is not to say creative progress wouldn't develop, I'm not sure how that would have worked... but it probably would've been confined within self-serving behaviors. Man more than likely would essentially continue to exist like wild animals. Could it be our vulnerabilities are what led us to progress?

I see illness and especially "mental illness" as a beneficial continuation of this idea...progression through vulnerability and defect. By the defect of our bodies, did we stop for a moment to reflect on our minds. By the excessive use of our minds, did our bodies atrophy and fail to influence the world.
Censorship is a sudden and unexpected alteration of your former self.

Ok so these are some of my conclusions which may or may not make sense to anyone else.

People are here on a test. That's why the Forbidden Knowledge is off reach to general public. Try and spread it - they either won't believe you or you will be stopped, told you're schizophrenic etc. That's the point. People need to believe this is all there is to life in order to learn from it form some opinion on it. If they were certain of god and reincarnation, their actions would base on a fear of 'going to hell' rather than a true advancement in thought.

That's why a shaman's/teacher's job is to teach goodness and how to understand/appreciate all people, NOT reveal the secret knowledge. It is useless for people of 'normal perception' to know all about the things they will never be able to see (before they die). Then again, even if they surely know, that does not guarantee they are prepared for an eternal life in other universes.

So yeah do as you may, in the end we all face the same judge. You can try and help them but it won't necessarily work. So what is there left for us to do? I say let's manifest this knowledge one way or another - in art, literature.. to help people like us, who are trapped in this world, understand what and why they are. What then? I hope someone here knows better what our purpose is..
