Does anyone know if the weight I have gained on antipsychotics will go away with normal excercise? I havent taken any drugs in 1 year and my emotions came back but I want to get rid of the fat

Because 3,500 calories equals about 1 pound (0.45 kilogram) of fat, you need to burn 3,500 calories more than you take in to lose 1 pound.
Just like a car will lose weight if you drive it without putting gas in it. Usually, regular unleaded gasoline has a a weight per gallon of 6.216 pounds per gallon, Premium gasoline 6.350 pounds per gallon.
