What are the long term effects of atypical anti-psychotic?

So for a basic run down.I was diagnosed as having major depression, and other disorders that weren't very consistent over the years except for Oppositional defiant disorder starting from 9 years old.
First I was only on Zoloft. Then put on Seroquel at 10.Over time more medications were introduced.Risperdal,Concerta,Risperdal, and maybe Topamax since I only see it in my former psychiatrist's notes.I didn't completely stop the medication till I was 17 and I dropped out of high school.
My main concern was from 10 to 17 I was constantly every single day taking an anti psychotic.
Now before I was first put on meds I had friends and was doing alright at school.
By the end at 17 I had no friends and I was repeating the 11th grade.

My question is simple what are the long term effects of these drugs.Especially the anti psychotics.
I mean long after I have stopped taking them.

I am not expecting a real honest answer from the psychiatrist I use to see.I had to visit him twice for them to even take my request for records seriously.
