Well you don't have tardive dyskenea which is good.

You do have some serious problem though. People are expected to be able to control their emotions such as anger in a home environment.

It sounds like you are legally insane that's not to say haldol was a good idea.

You should get a cbt book for schizophrenia whether you have it or not.

A multi vitamin, keep exercising. But also 1200mg NAC twice a day.

In your emails you sound aspd more than anything.

I think you should not smoke weed or at least be very careful what strain you are smoking. A psychotic break from weed signifies schizotypal pd. You are simply under too much stress. If you can move out and live by yourself.
You need cbt and act.

Do you work? Do you have a criminal record? Have you ever had a physical fight with a house hold member?

I'm trying to work out why they are giving you haldol.
You need to realize they are medicating you for the benefit of you and society, not just to make you happy.

your reading of me from what you know is fair, but i'm actually the nicest person. the cop never punished me at any point even though he made a lot of people mad by not sending me to jail at one point, he said he respects me a lot, etc, etc. look at my emails in the context of the suffering i went through due to blatant stupidity by all involved, it was forced (that is, clearly inconsistent with the Golden Rule), and the sheer strength, ceaselessness, and length of the torture.

i was given haldol because the psychiatrist who gave it (a new one for me at that point) was a nazi bastard, without exaggeration

Yeah I considered that but you are pissing off people who have power over you. You must have some psychotic tendencies, I'm guessing under stress.

You should look up your mental health rights and find a psychiatrist you can get along with and try place yourself in an environment that makes you calm and happy.

NAC is for psychosis, negative symptoms of schizophrenia and bipolar depression. It's for your benefit. It's an amino acid supplement.

Get a happyness book on cbt and act. I like to repeat myself to stress importance.

you are right on the money with how you explain the social awkwardness in not having anything to say, I am the same since antipscyhotics, they have ruined me, but the shrinkks don't believe I have anhedonia and would make iot out to be a symptom anyway....

wantedd to say more...since being off the injection I hardly come here anymore, and still haven't recovered, although I am using rauwolfia so that is keeping me more stable, reeduced the dose of that I was taking now I feel a bit better.

Do a lot of jogging, fish oil, some Olive oil and eat a lot of vegetables. Also a lot of cbt and you will gradually improve and recover.

There is science behind this I don't wanna sound like some do gooder who doesn't understand what you are going through.. I had mdd for 4 months were I was almost brain dead.

i've recovered maybe 5%, and that's being generous, in two and a half months.

so when you say i'll recover eventuallly, do you mean in 2-4 years?

what if some people don't recover? look at all the posts of people saying they haven't improved.

Holy $#%^ username141, you cant just send emails like this to your psychiatrists and not expect from them do drug the ###$ outta you, I mean come on seriosly, there are plenty of 10 minute emails and with a proxy you can tell them how stupid they are and curse at them all you want.I actually do this on a regular basis . Anyway I am in the same boat as you... evey night nightmares, no drive for anything, no interests... I leave the house only when I have to and everyday I play video games trying to distract myself but I dont enjoy them like I used to
