Personality Evaluation Test

I have been unemployed for the past 4 years, and I finally got a job offer for a securities company in New York and they want me to take the MCMI 3. Is there anyway to study for a test like this?

My personality says screw taking test like this. Feels invasive so FU and your test. What does that mean ? Am I sick ?

I think these tests are best at detecting dishonesty with tricky questions than anything else.
