I explained that is a lie to get you to take the stuff, the human body does not have a "normal lithium level" and it can cause long term health problems. The word needs to be spread, everyone should know the truth about psychiatry not being medical.
Any thoughts on how to do this better both online and offline ?
Lithium? I took it for 2 days and it made me aggressive. Horrible crap

Right now I am still trying to get my case going and get my story told through the legal system so it will give me that credibility so I can eventually go out into the community and talk to people that will listen about the dangers of the mental health field. I have not found a anti-psych activist group worthy of joining so far.
