A story I heard this weekend

Postby Copy_Cat » Mon Oct 07, 2013 4:12 am

I met someone who confronted the psychiatrist who medicated his entire childhood from 4 y/o and "played his parents" as he put it.

He spent a few years in prison for that.

I forgot to ask "was it worth it" ?

So many people in addiction recovery meetings tell bullcrap stories and my bull detector is beeping rather loudy with this story of a psych kick ass I was told today. Everyone was the biggest gangsta at one time... in a town far way I did the craziest $#%^...

It don't matter.

I have heard/talked to hundreds of stories from people angry about a childhood on psych drugs and ZERO from anyone who was grateful and no NO ONE even said it helped. Its easy to bring up the topic of psych meds with people in 12 step recovery and get a story.

My study may be flawed talking to only people in addiction recovery if I was to claim child psychiarty causes addiction.

My study proves child psychiatry causes alot of pain in alot of peoples lives.

Psychiatry screwed me as an adult I asked for it, wanted a fix it pill, but these kids didn't ask for it.

True story .

-- Wed Oct 09, 2013 10:54 pm --

Saw rthis guy again. The doctor has a permanent order of protection against this guy and he stated that the doctor kind of got off cause his mother gave informed consent . He knew enough mental health and court words that I know its a true story.

He didn't know about the human rights in mental health movement , he does now after talking to me.

I wonder how many people would love to have a few minutes alone with the doctor that drugged away there childhood with "behavioral medicine" ?

Glad child psychiatry ain't part of my story, it was bad enough as an adult !

God yes, thank god psychs didn't get involved when I was a child! I don't doubt they would have if my mother had realized she could have! Im sure she could, also sent me to one of those teenage behavioral camps that are on dr phil we hear about all the time! Glad I don't have that trauma to add to the mix!

Don't u just feel like getting a few hundred packs of neuropeptics in injection form (the pack comes with easy instruvtions!) and give them to the offending psychiatrist/abusive family member that drugged u!!! lol (not saying I would, that's going down to their level, but its a good day dream!!

Interestingly enough I met a quite good dr , at the clinic who was prescribing me subutex, well she was saying I havnt tried suboxone (another similar med to subutex) ill have to try it one day, how can I say I know what it does if I havnt tried it? I have actually tried methadone once so I know a bit about the effects.

Wow. Imagine if psychiatrists 'tried' the drugs they r forcing poor ppl to take, maybe theyd have some idea!

these people are cowards so i don't doubt he would go get a restraining order when dealing with a man rather than a kid. The thing that gets me to this day is how many former psychiatrist eventually turn against this stuff but it is sad to know they turn way too late
