I get it,let me guess- crappy neighbors stressed you to the max with there illegal #######4 and the combination of calling 911 in that stressed out state likely with an emotional tone "rapid speech" was then combined with neighbors statements claiming you have mental health problems. All this added up to psychiatric assault instead of police arrest cause you didn't do anything wrong but its always guilty until proven innocent when accused of psychiatric anything.

I lived a variation of that one.

I don't have any knowledge of the neighbors making any statement. Like I said how can you consider someone a harm to self or others when he gets away from the situation bothering him rather than harming those causing the situation or himself? That situation did not come up again until I got in the presence of authorities and doctors. That is why I am trying to get all my documents. I know they lied on my medical records to try and make there case sound better, but I would like to see what other statements were made by others. My case was one that they jumped over facts for possibilities and opinions. When it asks for a recent overt act that shows he is a danger to himself or others that is what I am trying to get my official 1013 for. What act did these people put down and how did they get a judge to believe it. I know the answer and that is it is not about any law or any fact, all this stuff is based on opinions but that is not what the law calls for. It calls for a act that shows they are a danger to themselves or others.

My whole point to this stuff is they are the ones who represent imminent danger to others. That is why I moved, because I saw how easy it was for them to blow that situation way out of proportion to the point of incarcerating a human being. People that will lie and exaggerate to get what they want are dangerous.

Regarding the phrase, "detached from reality", such a phrase implicitly postulates the existence of a group of people who are attached to reality. The question must be, whose reality? The reality of people who believe in abstract disease processes? The reality of the many people who believe their fates are guided by stars and genes? The reality of people who pray to gods they don't know exist? The reality of people who believe mad-em are out to get them? The reality of all the people in their lives whose foremost delusion is perhaps that they are invulnerable to delusion?
