Why I'm off psych meds

This is very roughly how I understand scientology and I kind of make up a story as to how it might have gone down.

There were a bunch of guys that hung out in the 40's and wrote fiction and drank. They got drunk and stoned and talked and wrote about characters that were dead and didn't know it, were time travelers and didn't know it, had been cloned and didn't know it, had been selected by gods or superior aliens to perform heroic feats and didn't know it, had been mind controlled by other humans and didn't know it etc etc etc.

One of these guys was Hubbard and he said that all religions and any other generally accepted ideas of spirituality were so ridiculous and that people could be so stupid that there seemed to be no limit to what people would be prepared to act on no matter how bizarre. And he was right.

How can a person say that scientology is crazy yet tolerate their old grandmothers belief that Jesus transformed water into wine?

OK. Scientology sucks. We can't do anything about the genuinely ignorant but the malicious that we see in the doccos on TV and YouTube are just downright criminal.

Scientology is a big business for a small number of very determined hucksters in the US. Like a bunch of other cults they compete for customers. They recruit from the vast number of the unhappy and bewildered which is of course the same population that psychiatry trolls.

not wishing to dispatage others beliefs , they did give me some real insight into the chatacter of the beast i had been incarcerated by , first time i actually learned that psychoatrists are of the same family as Munchausens , if not identical twins .

I travel quite lightly. I see the imbeciles every day whether they be believers or the wilfully ignorant.

I don't have any in-depth knowledge of scientology but I can say that I really am not a fan of my brief experience with the CCHR, I contacted them about my case and asked that they help investigate and they are not doing anything that I can see. Not even keeping in touch, but I will almost guarantee you that if the case start to get any attention they will come around trying to help. None of these people seem to be interested in doing the leg work. You have to be careful when dealing with special interest groups.

Hi victim ,you sure do , best way to look at them is a resource ,not the White Knight . It would be nice to think Erin Btockovic will come and pick up the fight ,but that is hollywood we only got our selves to do the fossicking and the stringing together the pieces as we go . It is daunting ,and in this day and age of the internet ,it could be possible , in theory ,to mount a legal challenge agsinst the injustices of these sociopaths taking our rights .... in theory .
