You missed the full title: Psychiatric Medications CAUSE Chemical Imbalances.

Okay, well to borrow a question from you Copy_Cat, where's the lab test for that 'Chemical Imbalance'?

For example :

The 'side' effect of diabetes or low blood sugar is an example of drugs like Abilify causing a chemical imbalance of insulin and sugar .

Good try, but Breggin specifically says "in the brain".

So, where's my lab test to prove it?

Unless the brain has an "Abilify deficiency" any blood test showing Abilify in the blood that goes to the brain shows an abnormal imbalance of Abilify in the brain because a normal 'balance' is the brain does not contain it.

This doesn't make sense. When someone has strep throat, their body doesn't have a "penicillin deficiency" either, yet would you agree that penicillin cures strep throat?

What condition does the brain have that Abilify cures like penicillin ?

The penicillin is the chemical imbalance that kills the strep bacteria.

The brain is not reacting properly in whatever manner. This may be in the form of a person's moods becoming manic or depressed to an extent that it impacts their lives in a detrimental manner. Abilify might not cure this, but it helps reduce the symptoms in some people which may make their life more manageable. Hence why the choice to take a medication is a highly personal one.
