Its scary the total lack of a check and balance, how these people can just label you sick and then make a ton of profit wile giving you treatment you don't want and is very abusive.

Seriously , forcing/coercing drugs into your body that change the way you feel , the way you think, your heart beat rate and breathing rate... I think that violation is on the same level as sexual rape and they call it "treatment".

Did they do the coerced/forced drug thing to you ?

I definitely think this violation ison the same level as sexual rape. It is quite sexual in its nature, to have to pull down your pants and show your bottom, lie down on a bed while someone spurts liquid into your bottom.
Ive had allot of bad experiences of this, some creepy some painful. Allot of times they ask a student nurse to do it, and they once were told "just jab it really fast into her!" which they did and it so sooo painful for hours afterwards, once I had to go have one done and i stumbled on them, the big boss guy of the hospital (he was showing someone how to do it) talking about me "...shes ok with it...yeah (name)'s pretty docile and good with this"...then he was always kinda a creep but he kept staring at me in this smug/creepy way while he prepared and did it, and while he was doing it, he kept pushing his groin into my body (where i was laying down).

They claim to have given me ziprasidone on my medical records but thats a lie. They did give me some shot in the butt at the behavorial center. These people are cowards and there will be recourse in my case. They tell people that there is no recourse but there is always recourse especially in a case like means. I can't discuss but they will atleast think twice the next time they want to do something to me unlawfully and unjustified

I first came to psych forums through a google search on narcissistic personality disorder. I was totally frustrated with my mother who has NPD. She was being totally outrageous. When I calmed down I didn't remember to come back. Fast forward many months. Someone told me they have an active eating disorders forum. So back I came.

This particular forum area caught my eye. Because I think there is a lot of mistreatment of people who have mental illness, emotional challenges..... Over medication. Incorrect Dix. Telling clients/patients they are wrong about themselves ( my personal favorite). The list goes on. Too many people in this field treat people like objects. They feel justified to say things to them that they would hopefully not say to other human beings. Its cruel. The medications can do much more harm than good. And alternative medicines are not recommended.

I had to go to a psychiatrist. Because I was filing for disability. I chose a homeopathic psychiatrist. She's a bit batty. But at least she is not going to make me sicker than I am. Not all psychiatric medications make people sick. And I do recommend that some people take them. e.g. for psychosis. Or even for other things. I am not anti medication in general. But for me, I wanted to keep the psychiatric cocktail down to what I felt I needed. And then take homeopathic remedies in addition.

It is very difficult for me to be in therapy with most professionals. Because my orientation is metaphysical and psychological. I cannot separate them. Just as I cannot separate my soul and my spirit from my the equation of my life. Its just the way I am.
