-?- LORENZO'S OIL, SOLUTION -?-

There is a famous type of help that amateur parents tried many years ago, trying to help their son who had a incurable disease. These amateur parents were told that there was nothing the supposed experts could do for their child. These parents for years tried to come up with an answer for their son by trial and effort by mixing different solutions in their kitchen. They came up with a solution they thought would work on their son, it was called -LORENZO'S OIL-. They were told by supposed medical experts that this would never work because they were not professional medical experts, they were amateurs what could they possible know...?

Fast forward about 20 years and there were professional research studies done on this -LORENZO OIL- and the results surprised everybody even the supposed experts. (Now this story I am trying to explain to you is approximate) This -LORENZO'S OIL- did not help the son who had developed the incurable disease -BUT- helped anybody who had the genetics but stopped the disease from happening. These parents proved that love and determination etc. could make a difference, even amateurs could make a difference.

NOW you are saying what the hell does this have to do with mental illness etc., the short story is that I have tried to be a -Don Quixote- and or -Lorenzo's Oil- etc. type of research on mental illness etc.. This personal research has led me to a dead end because -NOBODY- was interested in my research and the time and money spent was wasted. That being said I had to give up and or my frustration would have driven me mad, that being said I withdrew from my -Don Quixote- quest...

NOW a good friend who is truly a good and honest etc. human being has gotten alzheimer disease and I am trying to help him, anyway I can. Since I have had experience in finding solutions to mental illness etc., why can't I find a solution to alzheimers...? So I am going to various meetings etc. etc. etc. where caregivers etc. can give me imput on Alzheimers, Dementia, Autism, Parkinsons etc. etc. etc....
I truly believe that there is many common denominators among the various diseases and disorders etc., wish me luck and if I am successful I will give you my -Quest- on my blog site in this forum....

Follow your dreams! If you think or know or are aware of something anything that can be contributed to science and medicine go for it! Perseverance pays off.

I'm sorry that your efforts to aid in the mental health field have not gone over well. I do know that there are people who have developed plans on how to help people deal with emotional distress and some of these have "taken off." Mary Ellen Copeland who developed the WRAP program and Marsha Linehan who developed DBT are two that come to mind.

As Riccola stated, go after your dreams. I hope that things pan out for you. Even if you can assist in aiding the life of one person, that is still a big achievement in my opinion.

-Razael- etc., He has already taken -Ayurveda- and gotten good results for over two years, it was only suppose to work for about one year. Now it no longer is working, does anybody have any ideas? Thank you....
