there should be another diagnosis, if they knew what they were doing for good prognosis of someone that is dedicated their life to spirituality or religion instead of fitting it with schizophrenia.....obviously
They've no insight on iatrogenic illness & PTSD of hospitalisation torture with NDE, amnesiac to an attemted murder +covered up road accident.betrays justice,Sleep deprivation. Speculative diagnosis is pretty common but rarely taken seriously even by the psychiatric community. I don't necessarily disagree that Jesus probably had a mental disorder though. The guy claimed he could talk to god after all, these days if someone made such a claim they'd be diagnosed with schizophrenia pretty quickly. In fact look at the definition of a delusion and religion falls right under it.

Another attempt of psychiatry to cast the net as big as humanly possible. Everything is a disease, remember? So is having religious experiences apparently. Where draw the line? Nowhere, because there isn't one.
