I only thought I had an answer....but thats a start

positive affirmations! they are effective in creating your own world and strength in perception of the world that might link to ideas that one is going mad, they would see positive and nurturing thoughts about our mental health as llackking insight out of principle of someone giving you that diagnosis. the big fear of going mad is what the clinicians want you to think so you go back and get drugs for it, but their is insight to these things beyond the world psychiatrist occupies that would see this insight as a sign of illness when it is infact serving to grow in wisdom and understanding of life, life is immense , life on antipsychotics is a non event and no opportunity for personal evolution toward perfection.....the industry promotes us to affirm that we are ill despite contrary evidence of the potential to recover that they are naive to.
They've no insight on iatrogenic illness & PTSD of hospitalisation torture with NDE, amnesiac to an attemted murder +covered up road accident.betrays justice,Sleep deprivation. HIgher dimensional development of perceptions of astral projection to higher lifeforms in the cosmos.Esoteric journey and become a god
