So what happense a baby is switched at birth, then gets diagnosed as having the same rare illness as in the family when they get older, and they disgreed with treatment, and said no the whole time. Then if cops are called and they do nothing, what is the result of this? if someone does this? Im sure theres diffrences in 30 years from now, but these things can be faked by foster parrents. where a whole commuity is fooled.

Where are the studys from this, anyways? just woundering how well they where done, to support the practice is safe. Im curiuse how theroly there damgeing me with risksy medicine. Im sure they musent have done these well.

Thousands of kids of unmarried mothers were adopted out without full consent in the '50's, '60's and '70's. Even with good intentions this often created a situation of guilt, fear and secrecy within the adoptive family. This would often lead to kids becoming screwed up and diagnosed as mentally ill.

The adoptive parents would often volunteer that there was madness in the family as a cover for adoption. Or else claim that the birth mother was mentally ill as the reason they adopted the child.

Either way this fed the shrinks preferred notion that mental illness was a real medical condition with a genetic component.
