Psychiatric hypochondriasis or psychochondria (sometimes referred to blaming the brain) refers to excessive preoccupancy or worry about having a mental illness. This debilitating condition is the result of lies by the pharmaceutical companies and the American Psychiatric Association.
An individual suffering from psychiartic hypochondriasis is known as a psychochondriac. Psychochondriac become unduly alarmed about any mental symptoms they detect, no matter how minor the symptom may be. They are convinced that they have or are about to be diagnosed with mental illness.
Often, the psychochondriac persists in there belief even after a real physician has evaluated a person and reassured them that their concerns about symptoms do not have an underlying medical basis.
Psychochondria is often characterized by constant self-examination and self-diagnosis, and a total preoccupation with one's own brain.
Recent scientific studies have shown that when the psychochondriac learns everything about antipsychiatry this will cure the condition allowing the person to lead a full and happy life.

Sounds logical to me, but I didn't even know about anti-psychiatry until I came to psychforums. I was on the bipolar forum and checked around a bit to see what else was here. When I first saw anti-psych, I was like, "what is this?" Now I know that it can cure a lot of people! Good post!
Diagnosis: Bipolar I

I was like in shock when I found out the truth about psychiatry. It got me to take my life back and forget about the myth of the chemical cure. In fact that was the name of one of the books
http://bjp.rcpsych.org/content/196/2/164.2.full I always thought there was proof behind whats written by the psycho pharmaceutical industrial complex, I thought I didn't get a seratonin test cause everybody knows symptoms of depression are caused by low seratonin from those who must have got a test before me.
And this, Anatomy of an Epidemic investigates a medical mystery: Why has the number of adults and children disabled by mental illness skyrocketed over the past fifty years?
http://robertwhitaker.org/robertwhitaker.org/Anatomy%20of%20an%20Epidemic.htmlWTF ! I was being made into one of those disabled people.
What an epiphany that was.
I survived psychiatry.
