Yes 2Lonnie, I am pretty sure they are. I started a different thread to cover the Meds side of the problem.

http://www.psychforums.com/medication-anti-depressants/topic136529.html

It only happens right after I dose up, and usually the symptoms lessen as the day progresses. However I am loosing sleep at night. Civilian doc gave me Buspirone 7.5mg to help relax the system. But the side effects sound scary, and I haven't tried it yet.

You are better off going to confession and telling a priest your troubles...

Saying 10 hail marys is a lot better then the alternative you fear......

Psychiatric advance directive "living will".

What is a Psychiatric Advance Directive? Known as a PAD, a psychiatric advance directive is a fairly new legal document, much like a living will. It is a tool for conveying your instructions and preferences, to both your family and the medical community, regarding future mental health treatment in the event you are incapable of giving informed consent concerning your treatment during acute episodes of psychiatric illness.

Checking in. As with some of these threads they seem to die off with no updates for years.

I'm still taking Bupropion 200mg twice a day. I sometimes forget to take it at all on some days here lately or only get one dose down the hatch, and I feel the effects in a couple days after. With marked thoughts of suicide, etc..

Its summer here so that has helped some. Recently had a vacation and I thought it would relieve my stress symptoms but it seemed to just add to them as there was a lot of driving (about 3,000 miles in two weeks).

I continue to have regular appointments with the Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist and now a marriage counselor.

I did some reading on the web, and it seems I can identify myself as having Paranoid Personality Disorder. In fact all of the traits describe me. What is worrisome is that the prognosis is a state hospital aka forced care.

ONSET: Early adulthood and with a variety of contexts.

Diagnostic Criteria - Mental Health made easy.

1. Marked distrust of others, as indicated by at least four of the following:

-Believes without reason that others are exploiting, harming, or trying to deceive her / him.
-Unjustified doubts about a friends / associates loyalty or trustworthiness.
-Believes with out reason that if she / he confides in others, this information somehow be used against her / him.
-Finds hidden demeaning or threatening meanings in harmless remarks or events.
-Unforgiving and bears grudges.
-Believes with out reason that people are out to attack his / her character or reputation and is quick to react with anger.
-Believes with out reason in the fidelity of their sexual partner.
2. Symptoms not due to another mental disorder.

No, they do not. Do you really think they are going to stop committing people to facilities against there wills just because they ask? Most people tell them that they don't need or want to go to a facility.
