Decking the halls with blood & guts, Santa went crazy. He was 'effing nuts.
I thought I escaped. I hid in my locker,
but he followed me onto the bus like some deranged stalker.

He looked at my bus driver & shot the old hag.
Then stuffed her dead body right into his bag.
That night Santa's face was all over the news.
The cops were bamboozled & begging for clues.

Some blamed the NRA or how rifle shops were run.
Only Eric Holder would sell Santa a gun.
Others argued that the students and driver would not have been harmed,
if they, too, had been allowed to be armed.

Poor Rudolph had to tell what he knew, he had to come clean.
Santa was on drugs & getting way too mean.
Ever since Santa entered "treatment", he hadn't been himself.
He'd strangled Ms. Claus & beat up an elf.

Rudolph showed Reindeer Services where Santa had touched him.
Brusies & slap prints & teeth that were busted.
But that wasn't the worst part in a way,
Santa had gambled Rudolph's trust fund away!
Poor Rudolph, he cried & he sobbed,
as he told all the cops about how he'd been robbed.

It all started when Santa was drunk & disorderly in Macy's one day.
the cops came & roughed him up, then cuffed him up,
and impounded his sleigh.

"I'm sorry Santa," said the judge at the bench,
"I have to do SOMETHING, this is your fourteenth offense!"
"For counseling & drug testing you'll have to pay. Take court-
ordered meds & go to AA!"

"Oh thank you! Thank you!," Santa shouted with glee, "Mental
Health treatment, how bad can that be?"

The cops finally caught up with Santa refilling his scripts.
They put cuffs on his hands & his feet & chained them to his hips.
Santa was being treated for depression it seemed,
but his doctor had no idea what had Santa so steamed.
Santa was taking his meds.
They were safe & effective & approved by the feds.

On anti-depressants! On mood stabilizers!
On major & minor & medium tranquilizers!
On sleep meds. On heart meds. On meds for his schlong!
On ADHD meds & even a bong!
Santa's medication list was six pages long!

Santa's lawyers argued the drugs made him crazy that day.
But victims & families thought Santa should pay.
"He did it on purpose!" exclaimed the DA, "he's just a big jerk."
and called in the experts & doctors & lawyers from
Glaxo & Forest & Pfizer & Merck!

Into the courtroom they came,
the judge read the docket & called them by name.
Big Pharma's lawyers were already there,
asking for gag orders & bribing the jury to give Santa the chair.

Now Santa's in prison & on death row,
tossing other guys' salads while you're shoveling snow.
So if you're depressed that Christmas is bust,
see your doctor today for treatment you can trust.

And you too can be.....
On anti-depressants! On mood stabilizers!
On major & minor & medium tranquilizers!
On sleep meds. On heart meds. On meds for your schlong!
On ADHD meds & even a bong!
That should do the trick.
Just try not to end up like poor old St. Nick.

Is it true that they still haven't released Adam Lanza's toxicology report? I heard they said they did a brain scan and found nothing, but that the toxicology report would take a few weeks. Well, it's been 2 months now.....any word?

Also, the office of the state's chief medical examiner told CNSNews.com that the results of a toxicology test on Lanza will not be available for "quite some time." Once it is completed, the office said, the cause and manner of death will be made public but not the actual toxicology report.

looks like they don't plan on releasing it at all.

His medical history might be kept private due to HIPAA laws.

This might be the reason, but when there is an investigation of a crime the patient committed, especially the one like Newtown, I believe, his medical records get subpoenaed and, I suspect, they did. They just didn't want to release them to the media.

It's possible. Though I can't see why they'd want to hide it?

Lanza'a father might not have given his permission to release them. When the patient is dead, the closest living relative is the holder of the privilege to release the patient's confidential information. The law gives the investigators the authority to see the records, but does not give them the authority to release them to whomever they want, as they are not the holders of the privilege.

Still No Police Report, or Toxicology Results, on Sandy Hook Alleged Killer
Friday, January 18, 2013

While President Barack Obama is moving ahead with executive orders and legislation to further tighten gun control in response to the mass murder committed by Adam Lanza at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., neither the toxicology report on Lanza’s corpse nor the police report on his crime have been completed.

Police say Lanza attacked the school on Dec. 14, killing 26 people, including 20 children. Before going to the school, he allegedly killed his mother at the home where he lived with her. When police arrived at the school during his murder spree, Lanza reportedly shot and killed himself.

A spokesperson for the Connecticut State Police told CNSNews.com on Friday that the investigation of Lanza’s mass murder is ongoing and that the police report on it is still “several months away.” They could not comment further because the investigation is still open.

Also, the office of the state’s chief medical examiner told CNSNews.com that the results of a toxicology test on Lanza will not be available for “quite some time.” Once it is completed, the office said, the cause and manner of death will be made public but not the actual toxicology report.

At present, however, it is not documented that Adam Lanza suffered from a mental illness or that he was taking any medication at the time of the shooting. In fact, according to news reports, an autopsy showed that there was “nothing unusual” with Lanza’s brain, and the toxicology report is not completed.

If this guy Lanza caused a big fatal pile up on a busy freeway cause he was driving erratically and died in the crash, his drug/alcohol test results would be on the news.

This is a great point. I just had a wild paranoid guess. Could itbe that the report is not out yet, and most likely, will never be out because the Pharma doesn't want their products to become an object of a scrutiny in this case?

I watched "Side effects" movie today and was enraged at how Hollywood, once again, misinforms the public about mental health and how they make the Pharma look good and put all the blame on "crazies". UGH!
