Marion-Y, how long since the last risperdal shot?

I do understand how awful it feels. I was on risperidone, many years ago now. I agree it is true, true hell. (The only worser hell I have experienced was largactil/chlorpromazine).

My sincere advice.. Engage your mind rather than observing your mind so intensely, for now, if you see what I mean. Maybe keep a journal, and jot down a few notes each day to track your progress. But otherwise, look outward for now.. Go for walks, watch documentaries.. start with small things.. For example, I did a lot of logic puzzles and word games when I was finally coming off it, it was the best I could do and even that was hard! But I kept at it. Skip forward some time, I eventually returned to a rather technical job and did many many other things that I thought were lost to me forever.

I don't believe ECT is the solution for you. I believe you are having a difficult patch and need to allow yourself time to heal. Please hang in there.

Hello, guys. Some years ago i was put on neuroleptics. My father did it. I understood everything 5 days ago and turn into hate. Then i remembered this game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yl8utyq9KkI&t=99s and started to feel real emotions. Try it. I mean i think it is possible to get recover. At least hate.

Have you explored mindfulness exercises?

Maybe since nothing is whelming you, underly, or overly, you could revert to embracing the simple.

If you live in a place that is warm, go walk barefoot on the grass or on a sandy shore, think of the ground and how it feels on your feet....if you are in a snowy place, step out barefoot in the snow and feel alive because you can feel the cold invigorating through your soles!

These types of techniques bring me out of lows and emotionless times.
