Rather than suggest, which can be easily misrepresented as diagnosing, why not give feedback from your own life experience. For example if someone were wondering whether or not they had bipolar disorder I could say to them, "I can relate a lot to what you are describing." or "Yes, I experience that as well." We have many different forums here for most of the potential diagnoses so finding someone who can relate to what the OP describes can typically be found rather easily.

yes, though if those experiences come from an anti-psych perspective they need to be made in the anti-psych forum.

yes so long as it is not considered advertising. The best way to ensure that you are not advertising is to share your own thoughts and opinions about the research you are citing.
Each forum has a bit of a different feel. hang around on different forums and you will get to know the differences which can help you understand what would be acceptable in that forum.
