My idea is that a pill is not like a computer chip that is programmed to increase something with 1.837 % and decrease something else with 3.402 % (with precision ..this is what I mean) so while it will decrease your bad emotions (or some other unwanted features) will decrease some good ones too and maybe some other mental capabilities with it.

Bad with pills, bad without them....
