Sorry I know alot have people have asked this but I just want to know if I would be considered anorexic or not. I have always been obessesed with how I look and how much I weigh. I check my weight at least once a day and always dread meal times. But just recently..I have stopped eating so much. I don't eat breakfast. I eat the smallest amount of lunch at school that I can so that my friends don't say anything about me not eating. At dinner my parents make me eat but I eat very little. Thats all I eat for the day. I check how many calories are in everything and then I feel like I have ate too much. I exercise everyday. I haven't had a period but I have always had irregular periods so I'm kinda used to that. I just want to get skinny and then I will eat more, if I'm not eating enough right now. Am I anorexic?

You definetly have some problems w/ your diet and focus on weight. You want to lose weight and that may be fine, but you have to know that you are not handling it correctly. You are not supposed to starve yourself. Sure...you do...you'll see weight drop off fast...but once you start trying to eat again...that weight will come right back on. It's about learning how to eat healthy portions and healthy foods. Talk w/ your dr. about getting on a good nutrion program so that you can learn exactly what is the right portion of which foods for your body. Because if you continue as you are you are then dealing w/ a serious eating disorder. Depending on how long you've been at this.....I'd say it's safe to say you are already dealing w/ an eating disorder. How soon you seek help plays a large role in your success w/ overcoming it.
