Anorexic Celebrities

I think that what you see coming out of Hollywood regarding weight is the worst thing one can link up too. also, I noticed a TV commercial that really caught my eye. It was about a woman who went from a size 10 to a size 4. Now what in the world is wrong with a size 10???? Being thin is really overdone in many parts of our culture.

I get upset when i see celebs becoming anorexic. I love Mary-Kate and when she developed anorexia I was so sad. I am a size 14 and sometimes it makes you wonder if you should be thin too. Girls are falling into this trap and I am now obsessing over what I eat.

whats the point i say, i'm a size nine eight, ten somthing, depends on the brand you know, and my boyfriend, when he sees me nake~ he's like OOO YEAH lol, and he ain't into fat chick, just real women.

i totally agree with you the media is glorifying their lifestyle and thats partly what started my eating disorder. obviously i was never happy with my weight but seeing all of those celebrities in magazines who mad being that thin look fashionable made me want to lose a lot of weight at once! i used to be quite overweight but in the space of about 6months i have lost roughly 3stone and am now Bulimic!

I dont have anorexia so I cant possibly know what Im going through but doctors are under the suscipion I do because I am extremely underweight for my height (my BMI is 14). In any event, I'd like to just get the message out there that being skinny doesn't and shouldn't define your happiness. I've been skinny my whole life and still battling depression and low self-esteem issues.

And a note about celebrities, they are not anorexic. They do cocaine and that's how they remain thin.
