It’s incredibly frustrating when all I seem to want is sweet things because it’s easier to prepare than something savoury.
Like, this can’t be good for me.
I'd like to say now that I am quite far in my recovery but still maintaining a sub-optimal weight, but given my history and other diagnoses, this is the most sustainable for now.
here’s an example because I can’t figure out whether I should just eat what I want or make an actual effort to cook something savoury:
breakfast:
shredded wheat, puffed wheat
soy yogurt, hazelnut milk, amazing grass powder, choc shot
dried blueberries, pomegranate seeds
lunch:
2 slices of bread with peanut butter
soy yogurt, raspberries, passionfruit
apple, raw fruit & nut bar
snack:
puffed wheat, hazelnut milk, choc shot
And now I want some porridge with butternut squash, spinach and maple syrup for dinner, but like… now I’m thinking I should just make a potato curry or something.
