Do you have someone in 3D you can talk to about this? A friend, parent, teacher, relative, doctor, therapist, etc.? It might be helpful to tell someone before it gets too far. It's easier to stop these things early on.
What about the break up is making you need to restrict? People have many reasons for wanting to restrict, and finding out why you're doing it is often the first step to stopping.
Can you start off by adding in a small lunch? This way, at the very least, you're getting three meals. Then you can gradually increase the size until they're normal for a person your size.
