Hey Melissa,
A couple years ago I felt the same way as you did: I didn't want to grow up, didn't want to have curves, and the thought of growing up scared me. But you have to let yourself accept that you can't be a little kid forever... You have to give your body what it needs to grow and take care of you, and eating healthy won't make you "fat". The fact is, 120 is a low weight for someone who is 5'6''. Getting down to 90 pounds isn't going to make you happy.... I'm sure you know this deep down inside, since you were Anorexic once before. The only way you're ever going to be happy is if you can accept yourself as you are- tell yourself that you're "good enough" and that you don't have to be perfect... If you don't accept this, than you'll never feel happy with your body, or yourself. It's not easy with the pressures of society and the pressure that we as human beings put on ourselves, but I hope that you can overcome this idea of being a child forever, so that you can overcome your eating disorder.
Take care, try to stay strong and keep your head up...
