I was anorexic when i was 13. I finally recovered but my eating remained a bit disordered. I ate enoghh to be healthy but have always been very aware of my weight. Anyway I have always had this thing about drinking. I don't like drinking as I'm scared its going to make me put on weight. Do I never drank.very much. I got pregnant which was planned. I was so happy becuae I didny think it was ever going to happen. I did control my weight gain in pregnancy but I was eating enough to be healthy. Anyway it came out that I was really dehydrated so they told me to uo my fluid. Which was obviously a massive deal for me. It completely altered my eating and that brought back a relapse right at the end of my pregnancy. I truely thought that it would go back to normal when baby was here but its got so much worse. Im still drinking loads. About 6 litres a day which I know.is way too muxh. Thing is I'm worried if I dont drink excessively it wont flush it out of my system and ill retain it. So much so I'm actually setting alarms to wake me up to drink at night. I'm also eating virtually nothing. Cereal bar, maybe a tiny sandwich or half a sandwich. No dinner. Then ill binge on chocolate, so k am getting calories.in that way. O think the problem is that after baby i got back from hospital and was dowb to my pre pregnancy weight then I'm now 6lb after. Everyone says I look good which spurs me on more. I just want to be normal again. I don't know what to do.

If you needed professional help before, don't you think that is what you need now? What do you remember from 13 years ago? Can you write down the steps that helped you recover and try to follow them now? Is there anyone from a support group you had then who you can contact now?
