I should probably seek medical advice, but I don't want to involve anyone else in this "mess" right now. I'm not sure that I even have a problem, but I'm posting here so I'm probably wrong.
I usually work out several times a week, and I take in a fair amount of calories. (I'm being vague because I don't want to trigger anyone.) I eat back my exercise calories as well.
Some mornings, I wake up feeling really tired even though I slept well. I just want to lay in bed, but my hunger usually pulls me into the kitchen. This feeling usually wears off as I begin to eat more through out the morning.
At the end of the day, especially when I have exercised that day, I sometimes feel exhausted. I usually end up taking a nap, but not by choice. I literally fall asleep as soon as I am in bed.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I remember having more energy when I ate more.
